Membership & Package Terms
All memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-shareable.
- Agreement. These terms (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Saajona Accessories & More, Inc., doing business as Threadolysis Threading & Esthetic Salon (“Threadolysis,” “we”). They apply to every membership, prepaid series, package and combo (each a “Plan”). By purchasing or using a Plan, you accept these Terms.
- Non-transferable; non-shareable. Every Plan, including any unused visit, is personal to the Member named at purchase. Plans are non-transferable and non-shareable, have no cash value, and may not be shared, sold, assigned, pooled or redeemed by any other person, including family members or friends. We may request photo ID at check-in.
- Unlimited Eyebrow Shaping memberships. A membership includes eyebrow shaping by threading only, for the paid term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) starting on the purchase date. “Unlimited” means up to one (1) eyebrow shaping visit every seven (7) days, subject to appointment availability. No other service is included. Memberships do not renew automatically; you may renew at the then-current price.
- Prepaid series. Each visit in a series redeems the named service only and may not be exchanged for another service. All visits must be used within twelve (12) months of the purchase date; the expiration date is shown at checkout and on your receipt. Unused visits expire on that date without value. In a “buy 6, get 1 free” series, the free visit is redeemed last.
- Payment and pricing. Plans are paid in full at purchase. Prices may change, but a change does not affect a Plan already paid for. A price shown with “+” is a starting price; we will confirm the final price before service. Plans may not be combined with other offers, coupons or discounts.
- Refunds. You may cancel a Plan for a full refund within three (3) days of purchase if no visit has been used. After that, or once any visit has been used, Plans are non-refundable, except as required by law or stated in these Terms.
- Appointments, late arrivals and no-shows. Please give at least twenty-four (24) hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Arrivals more than ten (10) minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled. For a series, a no-show or late cancellation counts as a used visit. Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension of a membership.
- Health and safety. Before each visit you must tell us about any skin condition, allergy, recent cosmetic procedure or skin-affecting medication (such as retinoids, acne medication or blood thinners). We may decline or postpone any service that is not safe for you, and that visit will not be counted. Results and sensitivity vary.
- Suspension and refusal of service. We may refuse service, or suspend or end a Plan, for misuse, sharing, or abusive conduct toward staff or clients. If we end a Plan for a reason other than misuse or sharing, we will refund the unused portion.
- Closures. If the studio closes temporarily for more than fourteen (14) days, membership terms and series expiration dates are extended by the length of the closure. If the studio closes permanently, we will refund the unused value of all Plans.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a Plan is limited to the amount you paid for that Plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Governing law; changes; contact. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, with venue in Clark County, Nevada.
